Sunrise on the Big Island!
If you haven’t experienced watching the sun come up over Mauna Kea while sitting on the beach, listening to the waves and enjoying your favorite morning beverage (coffee for me, hot tea for my hubs!) you MUST. I’m pretty sure “watch the sunrise” isn’t in any of those fancy Hawaii guide books but that doesn’t mean it won’t be your favorite thing. Sunrises are brutal (that wake-up time is ROUGH) but once I’m on the beach, just me and the waves I never ever regret staying in bed.
And this gorgeous couple? You would never have guessed this lovely couple has been married for 20 years, they acted like newlyweds this whole session! Never mind we had to get up at 5:00 am to greet the sun, they were chipper, cheerful and full of smooches!
