Waikoloa Engagement Session – Big Island, Hawaii Vacation
Erin and Trapper are the sweetest couples. They booked an engagement shoot with me pre-Covid. When Covid hit and it became clear that travel to Hawaii would not be a good idea, they changed their plans. And instead of canceling – they decided to scrap their previous plans and just get married in Hawaii. And you know what? I like their style! We switched things up and they booked me to photograph their gorgeous wedding as well as a mini sunset session the day before.
We took these photos just a few hours after they had landed on the Big Island. And can you believe they just got off a long flight? They looked amazing and were smiling the entire time. So happy to be in Hawaii. To be together. To be getting married.
2020 couples have truly had to deal with so much. My heart breaks for all of the canceled plans and shattered wedding dreams. I was so so so beyond thrilled to watch Erin and Trapper get to say their vows in front of a gorgeous Hawaiian sunset. Everything, though a bit delayed, was perfect.
