Cannot believe it’s almost Thanksgiving, and we have an almost 5-month-old on our hands. Where did my teeny little baby go?!
It’s been weird and fun and hard and exhausting getting back into work. The double whammy of returning from maternity leave AND several months of a pandemic induced self-isolating made things feel even more challenging. But I’m back at it and doing my best to keep my head above water. Being able to take our girl down the beach has been a literal dream. Something my husband and I used to talk about when I was pregnant with Josie. Now instead of being my session assistant, my husband gets to play with baby in the ocean and if I’m being honest, I am kind of jealous!
But getting to work with clients is pretty dang fun too. Sometimes my clients spur last-minute surprises even on me, like this sunrise proposal! I had just a few moments to come up with a plan and I’m happy to say it went off without a hitch!
