North Shore Oahu Family Photography Session

I always forget that the weather on Oahu isn’t as reliable as our weather on the Big Island. As I was driving to this session, the low clouds were starting to freak me out. Would it rain on us? Could we still do the session? Would the stress of the weather put a (literal) damper on the shoot and our ability to get those swoon-worthy natural shots that I love so much?

But I also remembered that I work really hard to prepare my clients for sessions BEFORE we meet so that things like weather don’t affect our time together. Wanna know my secret to natural, casual shots? I make sure everyone knows exactly what to expect beforehand so all they need to do is just show up on the day of their session. Here’s how:

  1. First, everyone gets free access to my online custom styling tool. It takes all of the stress out of choosing clothes!

  2. Next, I send a ‘What to Wear’ guide with shopping recommendations, helpful visuals, and wardrobe tips.

  3. Then, I share my location guide with details on all of my signature locations so you can choose the best spot.

  4. You’ll also get my ‘Big Island Visitor Guide’ full of recommended restaurants, adventures and beaches to help you plan the perfect trip.

  5. Finally, I send my ‘What to Expect’ Guide which gives you the rundown of what will happen before, during and after your photo session.

I want to do more than just tell you where to be and when. I want to help you make the most of your time in Hawaii and really (honestly truly) unwind and enjoy every second. And I want to be sure that even if the weather isn’t quite what we had in mind, everything is still absolutely perfect.

Are you planning a family vacation to the Big Island of Hawaii? Let me capture your family visit to Hawaii with a stunning sunrise or sunset photo session on one of the beautiful beaches in on the island. I’d love to capture memories you’ll cherish forever!
