First – we want to be respectful, always. There are parts of the island where locals don’t want visitors, and we always acknowledge and respect their wishes. It’s important to remember that we are all guests of these islands.

Second, we pull permits, and not every beach on Maui allows permits for commercial photography. Again, this comes down to respecting the island and its rules. By choosing a beach your Maui photographer has worked at dozens of times before, you can easily ensure they are familiar with the beach conditions and best spots to find the best light and backdrop for your photos.

It’s no secret that photographers get insanely busy in the summer at Fall months. What you don’t want to do is wait until the very last minute to book your Hawaii Holiday Photo session.
