When I am working with families, the thing I am looking for constantly is connection. That can mean physical connection – is every person touching another person with no “dead hands” – or it can mean emotional connection. Do expressions match? Does everyone look engaged in the moment or each other?
It takes a lot of work to build a connection and the building happens from the first snap. By the end, the connection is palpable.
