It looks a bit different around there now. There are many more stores and shops than I ever remember as a child, making it a great little corner of the West Side of Oahu for your upcoming Hawaii vacation. An important note: Post-Covid, the resort changed its rules regarding outside commercial photographers. We can no longer get a permit for photography on the beach/lagoons that front the resort. (And no, we won’t just do it and hope we don’t get in trouble – sorry!). The good news is there is a beautiful beach spot just 10 minutes walking from the resort. It is stunning, and we LOVE doing sessions here at sunrise to beach the crowds. If you’re up for the walk – we’ll meet you there and start your morning with beachy sunshine!
